Devlin launches infection-control keyboard in multiple languages
29 July 2008
UK company Devlin has responded to growing demand in Europe for
infection-control products with the launch of its 'CleanKey' infection-
control keyboard in a variety of European languages.
Devlin now offers six European language variants as standard: Danish,
French, German, Italian, Spanish and Swedish, and offers other language
variants upon request.
The Devlin 'CleanKey' keyboard is fully sealed and submersible for
cleaning purposes. Featuring the patented Clean Key, this isolates the
keyboard from the PC allowing it to be cleaned immediately without
interrupting onscreen activity. Unlike many other waterproof keyboards
the keyboard maintains near standard touch-typing ability, thanks to
full travel keys.
Devlin Group Managing Director, Martin Baker commented, “We have seen
great feedback from sites in the UK using the Devlin CleanKey. Users are
delighted with the enhancements we have made without compromising their
ability to work efficiently. Users inform us that the ability to clean
and then be working again almost instantaneously is invaluable. We are
very happy that we can now offer this keyboard to the rest of Europe in
their mother tongues.”
