Maquet Critical Care introduces new anaesthesia system
22 November 2007 Maquet Critical Care introduced the Maquet Flow-i, an
anaesthesia system that combines advanced ICU ventilator performance with
state-of-the-art anaesthesia delivery.
The new system, which was displayed at Medica 2007 in Dusseldorf earlier
this month, advances anaesthesia through features such as modularity,
adaptability and high ventilatory performance.
“From discussions with leading professionals every day, we know that
enhanced respiratory management during anaesthesia is an extremely important
issue to hospitals,” said Dan Rydberg, Managing Director, MAQUET Critical
Care. “Utilizing Maquet Critical Care’s longstanding expertise in
ventilation, we are best suited for the task of advancing anaesthesia
systems to meet new demands. We believe that combining advanced ICU
ventilation and anaesthesia represents the future in this field.” Maquet
Flow-i will be available for sale in selected countries from June 2008 and
for delivery in September 2008. To top
