Honeywell HomMed is a leader in the medical device industry and
concentrates all of its expertise on telemonitoring.
Honeywell HomMed's product line includes two models of telemonitors as
well as Central Station software — all are FDA Class II medical devices
(hospital grade). Honeywell HomMed, currently, has more patients actively
using its telemonitoring equipment in their homes than all other providers
of home telemonitoring combined.

business unit (acquired in December 2004).
